TrustBiz is organizing an International Training and Study Visit on Leadership and Management for Public and Private Organizations on 25-28 September 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand in technical cooperation with Multiple Intelligence International (MII) as part of Leadership and Management Training (LMT) Series.
International Training and Study Visit on Leadership and Management for Public and Private Organizations will enhance delegates’ knowledge and skill in decision making risk management and operation of organizations. The program also create an environment to familiarize delegates with emerging issues in business such as the effects of globalization and organizations transformations. It also provides opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with international experts and similar business executives.
Leadership and Management Training (LMT) to provide an opportunity to explore the latest developments in change management, globalization and operational excellence. The LMT will further provide an opportunity to visit and hear experts from the Government Saving Banks, Krung Thai Bank and leading Thai Commercial Banks about their experiences, business processed and technology.
